LeadingAge PA – Corporate Office

Wagman Construction completed the LeadingAge PA Corporate Headquarters in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Totaling at 18,000 SF, the Design-Build, two-story building includes office buildings, conference rooms, kitchenette areas and a full basement. The all brick building features a shingle roof and an attached carriage house with a drive-through canopy.

AIA – Corporate Headquarters

Located in Mechanicsburg, Pa., the AIA Corporate Headquarters features at 45,000 SF Design-Build office building with brick and glass exterior. Within the office building, there are high level interior finishes and a new VAV HVAC system. Outside the facility, a 160-foot high flagpole is featured in the front parking lot.
