Wagman Construction built the new Design-Build office in Dinwiddie, Va., as a result of the company’s expansion with a goal to increase Heavy Civil operations and in the Mid-Atlantic and Southern Regions.

The front section of the two-story pre-engineered metal building consists of an office, reception area, conference rooms, estimating room, restrooms with a shower, a break room and a storage area. The rear section of the building houses the equipment service center, featuring pull through garage bays and high ceilings suitable to maintain Wagman’s vast equipment fleet.
