Homewood Retirement Centers
Noelker and Hull Associates, Inc.
The master site plan for Homewood at Willow Ponds included 200 patio homes and The Lodge, a four-story, 85-unit independent living apartment building with connecting two-story common area building and underground parking.
Site improvements to the 40 acres included mass grading, sidewalks, curbs, asphalt paving, storm drainage and site utilities. In addition to the phased work, Wagman Heavy Civil completed the widening of Willow Road and reconfiguration of the intersection of Route 15 and Willow Road.
This multi-year, multi-phased project included upscale duplex patio homes featuring attractive brick or stone front facades, double car garages, and master bedroom suites with walk-in closets. The Lodge houses a common area including a full-sized swimming pool, state-of-the-art health club, beauty spa, art studio, bistro dining and a two-floor lobby with a four-sided stone fireplace.
