What once housed a 1920’s Studebaker factory, and later a janitorial supply company, has been transformed into a social hub for the city of York, offering co-working areas, artisan space and large event spaces.
The Bond, located on the block bordered by Queen, King, Princess and Duke Streets in downtown York, is Central Pennsylvania’s first industrial event space. The post-industrial design incorporates exposed brick walls, steel beams and polished concrete flooring.
Exterior renovations included brick repair and power washing, while interior renovations involved selective demolition, power wash, solid surface counter tops, wood trim, and new doors, frames and hardware.
Wagman delivered this project on time and within budget, while facing a tight schedule and even tighter construction site.
