Gelest, Inc. Bimax Warehouse

Gelest, Inc. Bimax is a 27,000-square-foot warehouse that was built to store chemicals in Glen Rock, PA. This warehouse has dual use as it also houses office space to accommodate the operational needs of Bimax. Special provisions were made within the warehouse, such as a gas detection system to ensure the safety of the materials being stored. The team developed a great relationship with the owner and subcontractors who continued working through the majority of the cold winter months. This allowed Wagman to stay on course to turn over the building to the owner on time.
