Fresenius Kidney Care hired Wagman Construction to complete a renal dialysis fitout in their existing three-story building. The scope of this project consisted of the demolition of an existing medical space, installation of a new water service, removal and replacement of the existing storefront glass, and fitting out the space for 13 treatment areas, three patient rooms/offices, and record storage.
Key Challenges & Project Details
Various challenges presented themselves throughout the project which included keeping the noise down during demo working hours for tenants above, building the firewall around the existing MEPs, and long material lead times which made it difficult to maintain the schedule.
