Wagman completed renovations at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank’s Hollidaysburg facility to expand cold storage capabilities and modernize office and public spaces. These improvements support the Food Bank’s mission to provide nutritious food to families in need while enhancing the facility’s safety and efficiency.
The project added new cooler and freezer systems, allowing the Hollidaysburg location to serve as a regional hub for perishable food distribution. Interior upgrades included ADA-compliant restrooms, a new staff break room, updated HVAC and fire alarm systems, and refreshed finishes throughout. Delivered under a design-build model, the project required close collaboration to address existing building conditions while maintaining operations.
