This 10,000 SF project involved a comprehensive renovation of existing spaces to enhance health and wellness facilities as well as expanding a dining area for residents. The former Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy (PT/OT) area was transformed into a new, state-of-the-art Brain Health Center, providing specialized support and resources for cognitive wellness. Additionally, the former dining area was renovated to create a versatile fitness and lobby/bar area, as well as an expanded dining facility, offering residents and visitors a refreshed and modernized space for fitness, social interaction, and dining.
