Presbyterian Senior Living – Quincy Village Cottage Renovation

This project, completed by Wagman’s Special Projects Group, involved the full renovation of a 1,550-square-foot senior living cottage. Work included significant floor plan changes, which required rerouting existing plumbing and electrical systems. Updates were made to all painting, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. A new HVAC system and roof were installed, along with new interior doors and trim throughout. The project was completed in two months.

Wagman continues to partner with Presbyterian Senior Living on additional cottage renovations as part of their ongoing efforts to enhance the community.
