Working to improve and enhance amenities and experiences for residents, Wagman completed the renovation of an existing lobby into a new shop with updated lobby space at the Asbury Methodist Village campus.
The new shop allows residents to purchase snacks, food, beverages and other common goods on the campus. The updated lobby was transformed into a social space, and is located prior to the entrance of the main dining room.
Key Challenges & Project Details
- An existing black iron structural apparatus covered the entire open ceiling space. Wagman coordinated MEP’s and the ceiling height to complete the project.
- Material for the project was affected by the supply chain shortage. To ensure the project was completed on time, the team found alternatives and worked with the manufacturers to have the materials needed to complete the project.
