Wagman completed the renovation of an existing space to create a new pharmacy for the Asbury Methodist Village campus in Gaithersburg, Md. Construction consisted of demolishing the 3,500 SF of existing space, creating new walls with MEP rough-ins and new flooring. The team also added two bathrooms with tile finishes and fixtures, and built an office and break room with new cabinetry.
Additional finishes included new doors and framing, receptacles, fire alarm system, access controls, Rollok doors and paint.
