Wagman provided construction management services for the $5M renovation and expansion of David H. Martin Excavating’s facilities and office building in Chambersburg, PA. The existing space was renovated and includes a new floor plan, flooring, painted walls, and the installation of new ceilings. The expansion includes 17,000 SF of new office space that connects to the existing office building. This new space includes new offices, break rooms, conference rooms, and an open-air, two-level atrium in the center of the building. The renovation and expansion allow David H. Martin Excavating to better serve the needs of its expanding clientele.
Exposed ceilings and structural steel, along with interior brick veneer in the main atrium area, as well as on the second floor, lend themselves to an industrial theme and feel for the office. Wood accent walls are also located throughout the office spaces.
