Asbury Bethany Village Wooden Canopy Upgrade

Wagman’s Special Projects Group provided full design-build services for the replacement of the wooden canopy at Asbury Bethany Village. From concept through completion, our team led the effort, beginning with the selective demolition of the existing canvas and aluminum-framed structure, which we self-performed, and continuing through the construction of the new canopy. The installation of the decorative column straps was also self-performed.

Wagman played a major role in shaping both the architectural aesthetic and the structural and electrical design elements. Our Special Projects Group provided early design sketches and ideas, which were generated during the estimating phase and laid the groundwork for the final design. Our team worked closely with trade partners, local code officials, and design partners to develop and obtain permits for the project, and we also provided input on finish selections, including trims, soffits, and roofing materials.
