Crispus Attucks Greenway Tech Garage Repairs

Wagman provided General Contracting services for structural repairs to a main support beam and column supporting the upper level of the Crispus Attucks Greenway Tech Garage. The project was completed in multiple phases and required close coordination to maintain safe vehicle access throughout construction, as the garage remained occupied and supported WellSpan office functions within the building.

The scope of work included structural repairs to the garage slab top and underlying support systems. Wagman also provided Design-Build services for means and methods, including the development of repair techniques, product selection, and specification of materials.

Safety played a critical role in project execution. Temporary shoring was implemented to maintain structural integrity during repairs, and detailed traffic control measures ensured continued, safe operation of the garage. Silica dust control strategies were also incorporated to meet environmental and health standards.
