York College of Pennsylvania Fountain Renovation and Schmidt Library Facade Replacement

Schmidt Library Facade

Wagman Construction was selected to replace and update the facade of the Schmidt Library, with new concrete sidewalks, and new landscaping. The updated facade of the Schmidt Library and upgrades to the surrounding areas improve the overall appearance of the building and make it more welcoming to visitors. 

Fountain Renovation

Wagman also upgraded the fountain in the center of York College’s active campus. This project included a new fountain and seat wall and a new prominent concrete sign with the college’s name. The new fountain is focal point of the campus, providing a place for students, faculty, and visitors to gather and relax.
