Wagman Construction Project

Lincoln Charter School Classroom Water Damage Repairs

  • Location

    York, PA

  • Owner

    Lincoln Charter School

When a plumbing failure caused water damage in occupied classroom spaces at Lincoln Charter School, the school turned directly to Wagman to develop repair solutions and provide pricing options. Working closely with the Facilities Department and school administration, Wagman helped define the scope of work and restore the affected learning environments. The project included drywall and insulation replacement, flooring repairs, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and reinstallation of existing classroom fixtures and cabinetry.

All work was completed during the school year while students occupied adjacent classrooms, requiring careful coordination to maintain a safe, clean, and uninterrupted educational environment. The project also required security clearances for all personnel working on-site.
