Noelker and Hull
This expansion and renovation project features a 31,000 SF addition to the existing base lodge. Completed during the off season and just in time for winter operations, the expansion includes three additional dining and seating options for resort guests. The entire project was completed in 7.5 months.
The new eateries include Mountain Hearth, a 180-seat, brick-oven pizzeria, and Day Break Café a 150-person coffee bar and cafe with grab-and-go offerings on the first-floor main level. A new full-service restaurant, Solstice, accommodates 300 guests on the second floor, and provides space for wedding receptions and banquets. On the lower level, the child care area was updated and enlarged, and additional changing areas were also added.
