StoneRidge Retirement Living selected Wagman to renovate and expand their existing senior living facility, StoneRidge Poplar Run, to create a modern and more competitively positioned senior living community.
Interior renovations included converting approximately 47,561 SF of existing space into offices, luxury apartment suites, a lower living area and a “Main Street” common use area for residents.
New construction, totaling 20,255 SF, included a new entrance, dining and kitchen facility, multi-purpose arts and entertainment center, and a pool and wellness fitness suite addition. “Main Street” includes a large group activity room, ice cream parlor, peddler’s market, post office, transportation office, chaplain office, prayer room and gift shop. Each is finished as a storefront with its own unique facade.

- Self-performed trades include rough/finish carpentry, demolition, doors, frames & hardware, and structural modifications.
