Wagman’s Special Projects Group completed the demolition and renovation of three restaurants at Shippensburg University’s existing Ceddia Union Building (CUB). The project included remodels of Bento Sushi and The Spread. There was also a selective demolition and installation of an existing kitchen space that was used to remodel a new Chick-Fil-A restaurant.
Key Challenges & Project Details
- Aggressive schedule. The project was required to be complete during summer break, prior to students returning for the fall semester.
- The project had multiple primes, as well as a multi-tier owner and architect review. Wagman was in charge of the coordination for the approval process.
