Pennsylvania American Water, an ongoing client of Wagman’s since 2018, once again partnered with our team to work on constructing a new, 5,800 SF office building at their Clarion Water Treatment Plant in Clarion, PA. The scope of this $2.5 million project included construction and site work, which included utilities for the new building. The staff recently moved in and are getting acquainted with their new space.

To bridge the gap until the permanent mechanical equipment arrived, the project team implemented temporary heating.
