Wagman provided extensive interior renovations to the existing 6,000 SF kitchen/food servery area for the Ruhl Student Community Center on the Penn State York campus.
Renovations involved excavating 300 linear feet of existing flooring to install new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems in addition to:
- New food service equipment
- Flooring
- Paint
- Ceramic tile
- Drywall
- Acoustical ceilings
- Doors and hardware
- Security grilles
- Counter shutters
