Wagman’s Special Projects Group renovated Menno Haven’s 826 Cottage, opening up the existing kitchen to the adjacent living areas to create a modern, open-concept home. The kitchen was upgraded with new appliances, cabinets, and solid surface countertops. All bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal living areas were refreshed with new lighting, flooring, and paint. To accommodate new fixtures and layouts, some plumbing and ventilation were relocated.
