With a demand for additional housing options and support amenities, Homewood at Frederick began construction of a second neighborhood in their tightknit community: Homewood at Frederick. The new masterplan includes The Lodge, which Wagman completed in March 2016, and the addition of 200 patio homes ranging in size from 2,142 – 2,792 SF.
Patio Homes offer five floorplans to residents to choose from, all of which include a gourmet kitchen, dining room, a spacious master suite with a walk-in closet and master bath, a guest bedroom and bath, covered front porch, patio and an over-sized two-car garage. Optional features include a sunroom, a breakfast nook, and a single or double-sided gas fireplace.
All residents are given access to the amenities located at both The Lodge and the Crumland Farms Community Center.
