Homewood Retirement Homes
Wagman partnered with Homewood Retirement Homes to construct an addition to Spring House Estates, a personal care facility in Everett, Pa. The addition to the existing community center included 16 resident households and common area spaces such as including a therapy gym, beauty salon, laundry and staff areas. The therapy room has the capacity to accommodate outpatient services.
The project also included a renovation and expansion to the pool area locker rooms and the main kitchen. The facility will initially operate as an assisted living facility but has been designed and built to allow for skilled nursing care in the future.
