Wagman’s Special Projects Group completed a new, full-service Fulton Bank branch in Exeter, Pennsylvania.
The project included complete demolition, and general construction of a brand new facility featuring drive-thru banking stations with video interaction and surveillance, new HVAC, plumbing, flooring, electric, a seal-coated parking lot, and landscaping.
Special Projects Group completed the interior fit-out of the banking area, as well as offices and mortgage area. The building’s exterior features Fulton Bank’s Monument Tower, the centerpiece of the structure.
Key Challenges & Project Details
- The entire floor of the building needed to be replaced and re-leveled, an unforeseen obstacle during the design of the project.
- The project schedule was impacted when the Governor of PA shut down construction projects due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite delays, Wagman was able to finish the project successfully.
