Wagman completed renovations at Asbury Bethany Village to enhance resident wellness, recreation, and connection through new dining, fitness, and brain health spaces. The updated facility brings key amenities directly to residents, supporting more active, social, and fulfilling lifestyles within the senior living community.
The project introduced wellness-focused features such as a gym equipped with senior-specific exercise gear, Rock Steady boxing equipment, and a rock-climbing wall designed to improve strength and balance. A dedicated wellness room now provides on-site physical and occupational therapy, reducing the need for off-site visits. Renovations also included an expanded dining area with a new bar, upgraded finishes, and warm, inviting spaces that encourage social interaction and comfort.
Delivered in an occupied setting, the project required meticulous coordination to maintain resident safety and access throughout construction. Temporary barriers, dust control measures, and even a viewing window allowed residents to safely observe progress while daily routines continued uninterrupted.
