Wagman provided preconstruction and construction services for 21 new duplex cottages and five estate homes for Asbury Bethany Village.
This Design-Build project features three cottage designs ranging from 1,400 through 1,850 SF of living space. The building construction costs range from $84/SF to $92/SF. Each cottage is a two-bedroom layout with a two-car garage and optional den.
Individual estate homes contain 2,800 SF of living space including upper loft space. The two-bedroom homes feature a den, open great room, dining room and kitchen.
