(York, PA) Wagman Construction is proud to announce its recognition for three award-winning projects in the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2026 Top Projects Awards. The program honors outstanding building and construction projects completed across Central Pennsylvania, recognizing excellence in planning, execution, and community impact throughout Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties.
Among this year’s honorees is Children’s Aid Society Werner Early Learning Childcare Center, a new building designed by Core Design Group to support the organization’s mission of serving children and families in York County. The project delivered a modern, purpose-built facility that enhances functionality, safety, and long-term operational needs while creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Wagman also received recognition for the Wagman Corporate Headquarters, a project representing the company’s continued investment in its people and long-term operations. The headquarters, designed by Warehaus Architects, supports collaboration and efficiency while reinforcing Wagman’s presence and commitment to the York community.
The third award-winning project, York Academy Regional Charter School Upper School – Legacy Hall, involved the interior transformation of existing space to support academic programs and student engagement. The project, designed by Warehaus Architects, delivered modernized learning environments aligned with the school’s educational goals.
