Appell Center for the Performing Arts Exterior Improvements

After Wagman Construction completed various renovations to the Appell Center in 2023, Wagman’s Special Projects Group returned to complete various exterior improvements to the building. The project included façade repairs, brick repointing, concrete and EIFS patching, and selective carpentry work, along with painting and caulking to refresh the building exteriors. Temporary street barricades ensured safety for workers and the public, and all work was carefully coordinated to minimize disruptions.
