Gettysburg College Ballroom Renovations

Wagman Construction is managing renovations to Gettysburg College’s Ballroom, a 14,125 SF space used for large gatherings and campus events.

The project, designed by Noelker & Hull Associates, includes selective demolition, full MEP replacement, and high-end finishes, all on a compressed schedule. Through extensive value engineering and collaboration with the design team, Wagman is reducing the project cost while maintaining the design intent.

Once complete, the renovated Ballroom will provide a modern, flexible space equipped with upgraded finishes, new mechanical, electrical, lighting, and AV systems.
