Wagman’s Special Projects Group successfully delivered an interior renovation that modernized the space and enhanced day-to-day functionality while keeping the work efficient and minimally disruptive. The project was supported by full-time on-site supervision, and our team managed all demolition, disposal, mobilization, and demobilization activities. Over a 10-day construction window, we removed existing casework, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, electrical devices, and flooring, followed by selective drywall patching and repairs.

The refreshed space features new acoustic ceiling tiles within the existing grid, glue-down LVP flooring and vinyl cove base selected by the owner, and freshly painted interior walls and door frames. Electrical upgrades included new LED ceiling fixtures, a wall-mounted dimmer switch, and updated white receptacles and cover plates.
