York County Food Bank Princess Street Renovations

Wagman Construction was hired by York County Food Bank to complete renovations to its facility at 254 W. Princess Street. The project includes selective demolition of the existing building and a comprehensive interior transformation to better support the Food Bank’s operations. Upgrades feature a reconfigured interior layout, replacement of most MEP systems, new refrigeration equipment, and a new roof with improved insulation. Exterior improvements include the addition of canopies and site enhancements such as seal coating of existing paving, a new top course in select areas, and updated line striping. Together, these improvements modernize the facility and enhance its functionality to better serve the community.
