Wagman Construction served as the general contractor for the construction of WellSpan Health’s state-of-the-art acute care hospital in Shrewsbury, PA. WellSpan partnered with Emerus, the nation’s first and largest operator of neighborhood hospitals, to deliver high-quality, community-based healthcare in a convenient setting.

The 18,000 SF neighborhood hospital was designed to bring essential services closer to patients, featuring a 24/7 emergency department, ten inpatient beds, and comprehensive diagnostic services, including ultrasound, CT, X-ray, and laboratory capabilities.

Delivered with a focus on efficiency, quality, and patient-centered care, the facility enhances WellSpan’s ability to serve the Shrewsbury community and expand access to critical medical services.
