Penn State University – Harrisburg Campus Swatara Building Renovations

Wagman partnered with Penn State Harrisburg to enhance the Swarata Building on campus, delivering upgrades that improve functionality, energy efficiency, and aesthetics

The project, which will be delivered in two phases, includes the construction of a new 1,800 SF entrance lobby, creating a more modern point of entry for students, faculty, and visitors. Additionally, the replacement of the building’s existing windows upgraded its energy efficiency.

This first phase of this $1.9 million renovation was completed with careful planning to minimize disruptions to campus activities.
