Penn State Harrisburg – Academic Learning Center

Wagman Construction is providing the general trades package for the new 51,345 SF Academic Learning Center at Penn State Harrisburg Campus, a ground-up facility featuring modern classrooms, student lounge areas, common spaces, and restrooms. The building design incorporates vertical folding glass partitions throughout the interior, along with extensive use of glass and insulated metal panels on the exterior.

The scope of work also includes construction of a new chiller plant addition to the existing library to support campus utilities. Located at the center of an active, occupied campus, the project requires careful coordination and planning to maintain safety and minimize disruption to daily campus activities.
