Lombardo’s Deli

Wagman is working with Lombardo’s Deli on an 11,321 SF expansion of their restaurant in Lancaster, PA. The $7.5 million project will include the addition of outdoor dining areas, an enlarged kitchen, a deli, and a private cigar lounge. The existing restaurant and new deli would both be served by an expanded kitchen connecting the two buildings. 

The expanded kitchen will include a chef’s table experience, where a small number of diners could watch the kitchen staff at work. Lombardo’s also plans to add two adjacent outdoor dining areas for the deli and restaurant. 

This collaborative effort between Wagman, RLPS Architects, and Lombardo’s Deli promises to be a landmark addition to Lancaster’s culinary scene. With its focus on fresh, flavorful food, expanded offerings, and unique experiences, the project is poised to become a popular destination for locals and visitors alike when it is completed in March 2025.
