The Inn at Heritage Hills, a 62,000 SF luxury hotel and day spa, was the final touch to establishing Heritage Hills as the premiere golf resort in York County.
While guests were already enjoying the 18-hole championship golf course, the Inn offered them a distinctive resort environment complete with ample meeting space, comfortable overnight accommodations and luxurious banquet facilities.
When complete, the five-story hotel and day spa included over 100 hotel rooms and a 2,000 SF penthouse which feature a geothermal HVAC system.
Wagman delivered this Design-Build project within a tight schedule of eight months.
