Gettysburg College West Quad Renovations

Gettysburg College hired Wagman Construction to manage the West Quad Renovations, encompassing upgrades to Stine Hall, Paul Hall, and Rice Hall, three active residence halls on the college’s campus. Designed by Noelker and Hull Associates, the multi-phase program includes upgraded finishes, full MEP replacements, installation of a new central plant, accessibility upgrades, and refreshed interior finishes, all carefully sequenced to maintain uninterrupted student housing operations.

Stine Hall’s $7 million renovation is scheduled for completion in December 2025, followed by Paul Hall in July 2026 and Rice Hall in December 2026, each valued at $5.5 million. Across all three halls, Wagman’s team is leveraging extensive phasing, coordination, and communication to deliver complex systems upgrades and modernized living environments while ensuring safety, quality, and minimal disruption to campus life.
