Wagman completed a phased interior renovation for Fulton Bank, building on a strong track record of successfully delivering similar projects for the bank and its construction management partner, JLL. Completed over approximately three months, the project modernized the branch with new lighting, security and access control systems, HVAC modifications, casework, finishes, office furniture, banking equipment, plumbing fixtures, and an upgraded pneumatic tube system.
To maintain uninterrupted banking operations, nearly all construction activities were performed during off-hours, with work carefully phased to allow staff to relocate within the branch as renovation areas progressed. The project also required extensive coordination within an aging facility, including updates to existing building systems and modifications to unforeseen structural conditions discovered during construction.
Key Challenges & Project Details
