Functioning as a continuing care retirement community, Buffalo Valley offers residents a variety of services including independent living housing options. Wagman has constructed 13 new additional cottages to the campus as it continues to grow.
The new two-bedroom cottages feature open floor plans with a spacious living area and an eat-in kitchen. The master bedroom suite includes a walk-in shower as well as a large walk-in closet. Other amenities include a second full bathroom with a tub, brand new appliances, a one-car garage, and a sunroom and patio. Residents also had the opportunity to customize cabinetry, countertops, flooring and paint colors if they bought a cottage in the early construction stage.
