Wagman Construction is providing construction management services for the new state-of-the-art facility for Cleveland Brothers, located in Chambersburg, PA. Designed as a regional hub for equipment sales, rentals, parts and service operations, the approximately 37,000 SF complex will enhance Cleveland Brothers’ ability to support customers throughout the region.
The project includes comprehensive site development, modern service and warehouse space, offices, and customer focused amenities, creating an efficient, centralized operation that reflects Cleveland Brothers’ commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Challenges & Project Details
- Despite persistent rainfall this summer and the site’s open field conditions, the project team has remained proactive in managing muddy site conditions.
- Subsurface rock conditions require extensive drilling and blasting operations to achieve the necessary elevations for building foundations, stormwater infrastructure and underground utilities.
- In lieu of exporting the excavated rock from the site, the team implemented an on-site crusher, improving efficiency and reducing hauling requirements.
