Wagman Construction completed the Bethany Village East Phase 3 renovation, transforming an aging and underutilized wing of the retirement community into a modern, resident-focused amenity space. The project reimagined the existing area to better serve residents by creating a variety of new gatherings, wellness, and activity spaces throughout the facility.
The renovation included the installation of a new roof, replacement of outdated HVAC and electrical systems, and upgrades to the main entrance. New amenities include a full-service salon, fitness center, library, gift shop, meeting room, card and puzzle room, jewelry room, craft room, housewares sales area, furniture sales, and storage space, and six new restrooms. A new exterior entrance was also constructed to provide direct access to the salon.
Through thoughtful planning and modernization, the project revitalized a previously deteriorated portion of the community into a welcoming area that enhances daily life and provides expanded opportunities for resident engagement and wellness.
