(York, PA ) Wagman Construction has completed the first phase of a repositioning plan for Frederick Living’s main dining commons and café.
The initial phase involved transforming the existing 11,000 SF dining room into an upscale bistro to serve residents during lunch and dinner. The Frederick Bistro’s new features include action stations where residents can watch as chefs prepare their meals, carving stations, a pizza oven, and a grab‐and‐go café. Flat screens vividly display menu items and pricing.
Renovations included selective demolition, concrete floor patching, architectural casework and millwork, as well as upgrades to all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
