Wagman Receives Platinum Level STEP Award from ABC Keystone

(York, Pa.) Wagman Construction, Inc. is proud to announce that it has received a 2021 Platinum level STEP Award from the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Brad Farley, Senior Superintendent for Wagman Construction and Megan Wildes, Safety Coordinator for Wagman, accepted the award during the ABC Keystone Safety Recognition Breakfast on August 17, 2021.

“Our goal is to return our people home safely, every day,” said Cory Gaye, corporate safety director at Wagman. “We are proud to be recognized for continuing to make safety a priority on our jobsites, as it is part of our company culture.”

STEP, or Safety Training & Evaluation Process, is a program that was founded in 1989 as a safety benchmarking and improvement tool but has quickly evolved into a world-class safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance amongst its participants, regardless of company size or type of work.
