Wagman Construction, Inc. is proud to announce that it has received a Diamond level STEP Award, the highest level of the STEP awards, from the Keystone Chapter of Associate Builders and Contractors (ABC). Wagman was presented with the award during the ABC Keystone Safety Awards virtual event on September 15, 2020 and was the sole recipient of the award at the Diamond level.
STEP, or Safety Training & Evaluation Process, is a program that was founded in 1989 as a safety benchmarking and improvement tool but has quickly evolved into a world-class safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance amongst its participants, regardless of company size or type of work.
