(York, PA) Wagman Construction has completed construction on the new Spring Arbor of Crofton campus for HHHunt.
The community, located at 1495 Riedel Road in Crofton, Md., sits right down the road from the birthplace of John Hopkins. Developed on 10-acres of land, the 87,919 square-foot Spring Arbor of Crofton has the capacity to be home to 95 residents. The single-story structure will house both assisted living and memory care services. Site work began in May 2017, followed by construction which was completed in May 2019.
Designed by Virginia-based Moseley Architects, the one-story building features vinyl siding with stone accents and surface parking with eco-friendly asphalt. When first entering the building, guests are greeted in the grand foyer, a circular shaped lounge area which connects to the three wings of the building. In addition to the standard amenities, the community features a life-skills kitchen, daily activities, signature programs, quiet and calming spaces and a fully accessible courtyard with water features, covered seating areas, walking paths and gardening opportunities.
The construction of Spring Arbor of Crofton marks HHHunt’s second senior housing community in Maryland and its 22nd overall.
