Wagman Collects Candy and Supplies for Troops

(York, Pa.) Wagman offices in Pennsylvania and Virginia collected extra Halloween candy and other requested items that will be included in holiday care packages sent to American troops. Wagman’s York offices and the Berryville, Va. office collected items for “For the Love of a Veteran” and the Dinwiddie, Va. collected items for “Operation Shoebox.”

“As part of the fourth generation, family business, I have great respect for heritage, history and freedom” shares Lisa Wagman Glezer, senior vice president of Wagman, Inc. She adds, “We are proud to support our employees who serve and have served. It is an honor each year to make connections with employees who have family members in the service and reach out to organizations in our communities to support our troops and veterans.”

The drive began on Friday, November 1 and wrapped up on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11. Employees were encouraged to wear red, white and blue to show their support of Veterans and active military personnel. Letters were signed by employees that will be included in the care packages.
