The Village at Rockville Cottage Conversions was a two-phase project that modernized existing buildings into larger, more marketable residences while maintaining their original charm. Wagman worked closely with The Village at Rockville – A National Lutheran Community and RLPS Architects to create customized living spaces, offering residents personalized finish selections that enhanced satisfaction and overall appeal.
Despite structural challenges, utility upgrades, and a compressed schedule, Wagman delivered the project on time and within budget, ultimately returning savings to the owner. The team also supported the permitting process and managed construction adjacent to occupied areas with minimal disruption, demonstrating exceptional coordination and commitment to quality.
