Wagman, Inc. Headquarters Building

Wagman is renovating a building at 3265 Farmtrail Road in York, PA. Once complete, this will be the new main office for Wagman, Inc., Wagman Construction, Inc., and Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc., including the Geotechnical Operation for the northern region.

The building was originally constructed by Wagman Construction and is being updated to better meet the company’s current and future needs. Renovations include:

• Interior demolition and reconfiguration of office spaces

• Upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• New finishes throughout the building

• Exterior improvements, including expanded parking and landscaping

The move also allows Wagman to expand its Field Service Center, which will continue operating at the current 3290 North Susquehanna Trail location. The Field Service Center is responsible for maintaining the company’s equipment fleet.

Wagman Construction is the general contractor on the project, and Warehaus is the architect. Work is expected to wrap up later this year.
