Children’s Home of York ADA Restroom

Wagman’s Special Projects Group completed a full restroom renovation at Children’s Home of York, delivering a refreshed, fully ADA-compliant space. The project included demolition and removal of existing fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and finishes, as well as reworking plumbing and concrete where needed to accommodate the new layout. Our team installed a new restroom door, metal stud wall, tile flooring and walls, DensShield backer, and all ADA-compliant fixtures, including a vanity, shower, grab bars, and accessories. All surfaces were prepped and painted, and temporary protection measures ensured adjacent areas remained undisturbed.
